The Team:
BINJ Labs is a highly motivated, experienced and extremely well qualified team of inventors. Together, they have more than 100 years of engineering, networking and IT experience, 12 years correctional experience, 100 years combined Department of Defense government contracting experience, and 40 years business, management and accounting experience.
Joseph Noonan, CEO
Joe Noonan is the President/CEO of BINJ Laboratories which specializes in Signal Detection and tracking systems for the government. He is an electrical engineer and lawyer; and holds a Master's Degree in CIS with 20 years systems engineering experience. He is the co-founder of Corrections.com, the largest online community for the $65 billion/year corrections industry and Crimcast, the leading eLearning application for criminal justice.
