In early 2006 BINJ Labs received funding from an initial group of private investors to design and install the first CellScan. It is currently being tested in the Norfolk County Correctional facility in Massachusetts.

Market Description
* In 2004, there were over 5,400 facilities with a   combined inmate population of 2,131,180.

* Cell Phone detection is the number one need in   correction facilities today.

* BINJ Labs has designed Cell Phone detection   specifically for corrections.

* Currently there is no integrated Cell Phone   Detection System on the commercial market.
