Labs specializes in working collaboratively with clients to identify and

The Team:
BINJ Labs is a highly motivated,
experienced and extremely well qualified team of inventors. Together, they
have more than 100 years of engineering, networking and IT experience, 12
years correctional experience, 100 years combined Department of Defense
government contracting experience, and 40 years business, management and
accounting experience.
Joseph Noonan, CEO
Since 1995, Mr. Noonan has served as CEO of Screened Images Multimedia [SIM],
a software and media firm working in law enforcement and corrections. In 1997,
he developed Crimcast, the first learning management system for Corrections
and today serves as part of the JET Team [Justice eLearning Transition Team]
helping agencies move into high-tech learning environments. Mr. Noonan is
also one of the founders and owners of Corrections.com [The Corrections
Connection Network News], the single most recognizable brand online for the
$55 billion/year corrections industry. He is an electrical engineer and
lawyer, and holds a master's degree in Computer Information Systems.
Barry Nadler, CTO, VP System
Development
Mr. Nadler is a scientist, electrical engineer and accountant with more than 35
years of development and system integration experience in the electronic
systems industry. Previously, he worked as a Department of Defense contractor
with Loral Electronic Systems.
